Day 5 is about 90 minutes from being done and I'll be on to day six. I woke up again feeling very rested and energized. Started my day with a mango, banana, and strawberry smoothy. About 12 oz worth of juicy goodness. Ate a salad at Cosi for lunch, no meat, no cheese, vinegar based dressing plus and apple. Tonight I had 32 oz of fruit and veggie juice. My recipe tonight was red leaf lettuce (3 leaves), romaine lettuce (6 huge leaves), 3 carrots, 2 radishes, 1 orange, 1 plum, 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, and handful of strawberries.
